The hypnotist operates within the laws of the country in which he/she practices.

The hypnotist, unless also a doctor, does not provide any diagnosis and does not interfere with any possible medical treatment a client is under, as those are responsibilities reserved exclusively to the medical profession.

The hypnotist facilitates the personal and professional growth of his/her client, stimulating the client's own resources and potential.
